- Are my notes encrypted? Yes — your notes are end-to-end encrypted (AES-256) on your device; not even we can read them.
- I forgot my password / unlock key. Because of end-to-end encryption, only you know your password; if you lose it, encrypted content may be unrecoverable, so please keep it safe.
- How do I enable cross-device sync? Sign in with your account and enable sync in Settings; your notes sync in encrypted form.
- How do I delete my account / data? Settings → Account → Delete account. See Account & Data Deletion for details.
